STEPHERSON P. CARTER was born to the late Sylvester Poole and Irene Carter on August 5, 1953. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, of Natural Causes.
Stevie received his education at Dunbar High School in Baltimore. He was employed with Whiting & Turning, then furthered his career in the field of construction. He also worked for Dutch Village Apartments as a Facility Environmentalist.
During his younger years Stevie had a passion for Motorcycles and Music. He was in a band called T.C.B., they booked shows throughout the city in the Seventy's & Eighty's. Stevie played the Bass Guitar, Drums and the Saxophone.
He was a compassionate, fun-loving easy-going family person with a carefree spirit and a magnetic personality. Stevie was family oriented, and he loved his kids and grandkids. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He had a passion for fashion with his Bellbottoms and Afros. He was a firm believer in "Steel Reserve." He loved home cooked meals, his favorite was Neckbones and Collard Greens. He was well known and loved throughout the Community; Stevie enjoyed bringing laughter to the room with his pranks and since of humor.
Stepherson's memory will be carried on by his Three sisters; Diane, Dorothy and Sheray; three brothers, Lamont, Barry and Vincent; three daughters, Tonya, Latasha and Latonya; four sons, Stepherson, Antwoine, Warren and Derrick,; nine grandkids, nineteen great grandkids and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Stevie was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester Poole and Irene Carter, three siblings, James Carter, Marion Spencer and Agnes Carter.
